📦 Delivery Information
UK Delivery
Standard: Free Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Typically takes 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Express: Royal Mail 24 Tracked available for £2.99.
Dispatch Cut-off: Orders must be placed before 2:30 pm (Mon-Fri) for same-day dispatch.
Offshore Locations: Residents of Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland should allow an additional 2–3 working days.
International Delivery (USA & Canada)
Cost: The text lists prices between £13.99 (up to 1kg)
Restrictions To USA and Canada: Unable to ship Whole Goats Milk.
📅 Dispatch & Tracking
Schedule: Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays).
Notifications: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a dispatch email containing your tracking number.
Missing Orders: Please wait 6 working days before contacting customer service.
↩️ Returns Policy
General Rules
Window: You have 60 days total to return an item.
Notify the team at info@mybearpetcare.com within 60 days of receipt.
Return the goods within a further 60 days.
Condition: Items must be unused, "as new," and in original packaging (including free gifts).
Exceptions: Goods with broken hygiene seals cannot be returned.
Costs & Refunds
Unwanted Items: The customer pays for return postage.
Faulty/Incorrect Items: Notify the company within 14 days. If confirmed faulty, you receive a full refund including delivery and return costs.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.
