Free UK Delivery on Orders Over £30
Enjoy free UK delivery when you spend £30 or more. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Please note:

Free delivery applies only if your final basket total is £30 or above.

Using discount codes may reduce your total below £30, in which case the standard delivery charge of £3.99 will apply.

Orders of £29.99 or less will be charged £3.99 for standard delivery.

Order Confirmation & Delivery Information

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Dispatch Schedule:
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Delivery to Offshore Locations:
For residents of the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland, please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery under the ‘2 Day Offshore’ service.

Missing Deliveries:
If your order hasn’t arrived, please wait up to 6 working days before contacting our customer service team at info@mybearpetcare.com. Be sure to include your order number when reaching out.

Important Address Information:
Please double-check your address details at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered during purchase. If the address is wrong and the item has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait until it is returned to our warehouse before we can resend it.

International Delivery

We are unable to deliver internationally at present.

Returns Policy

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any goods. Returns received after the 28-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items where a hygiene strip or seal has been removed or broken.

  • Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once the seal has been broken.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Unwanted Items

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.

  • To initiate a return, you must email Deluxe Supplements Ltd at info@mybearpetcare.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intention to return any items.

  • After notifying us, goods must be returned within a further 14 days.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition: unused, 'as new', and in their original, undamaged packaging, including any free gifts received. You must take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. If the products are returned showing use beyond what would be reasonably expected when examining them in a retail store, Deluxe Supplements Ltd reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount to reflect any reduction in value.

Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items If you are returning an item due to a defect or discrepancy in the order:

  • You must notify Deluxe Supplements Ltd within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be returned to us before a refund can be issued.

Upon inspection, if the product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, a full refund will be issued, including the original delivery charge and any reasonable return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of confirming your entitlement.
